<p><strong><em>Koop geen verkeerde snacks meer </em></strong></p>
<p>Door producten zoals chips, drop of chocola niet meer in te slaan tijdens je wekelijkse boodschappen, heb je het zowieso niet in huis als je trek hebt en op zoek bent naar wat te eten. Je kan dan niet anders dan een gezonde keuze te maken, en daarbij is het vooruitzicht dat je helemaal speciaal voor die ene zak chips naar de supermarkt ook niet echt uitnodigend.</p>
<p><strong><em>Beweeg tijdens de schoonmaak</em></strong></p>
<p>Nu beweeg je tijdens huishoudelijk werk toch al wel, maar zet er lekker muziek bij aan en dans bijvoorbeeld tijdens het afwassen of ramen wassen. Zo verbrandt je nog meer <a href="http://www.HetMentaleDieetPlan.com/promotie">calorieen</a> en heb je bovendien ook nog eens plezier!</p>
<p><strong><em>Ga voor kleine porties in plaats van extra groot</em></strong></p>
<p>Zo nu en dan een lekkere friet eten mag best, maar kies in plaats van die extra grote bak friet voor een kleine of extra kleine bak. Op die manier kun je toch lekker genieten, terwijl je niet al te veel binnen krijgt.</p>

<p>1. Neem een leeg waterflesje mee of van die waterzakjes die je tegenwoordig kunt krijgen. Even ervan uitgaande dat je het water uit de kraan kunt drinken op je vakantiebestemming (!) kun je zo geld besparen door continu je flesje zelf te vullen &#8211; en het is nog milieuvriendelijk ook. Als je het water uit de kraan niet kan drinken, dan kun je een grote fles water overschenken in je kleine flesje. Op die manier heb je toch zo water bij je en zorg je ervoor dat je voldoende water blijft drinken.</p>
<p>2. Neem gezonde snacks met je mee (ook even afhankelijk van je vakantiebestemming, met name als je vliegt) zodat je onderweg of op je plaats van bestemming minder geneigd bent de verkeerde snacks te pakken. Denk aan gedroogd fruit, noten (rauw en ongezoet), proteineshakes of -repen, en ga zo maar door.</p>
<p>3. Neem je comfortabele sneakers of wandelschoenen mee, zodat je ook op je vakantiebestemming kunt blijven wandelen in plaats van dit op je slippers te moeten doen.</p>
<p>4. Neem je iPod of MP3-speler mee op vakantie. Zo wordt lopen een heel stuk leuker!</p>
<p>5. Neem tijdschriften over gezondheid en fitness mee, zodat je voor ogen houdt wat je eigenlijk zou moeten doen. Neem ook het Mentale Dieet Plan of Turbo Plan mee als je weggaat, zodat je het indien nodig als naslagwerk kan gebruiken.</p>
<p>6. Neem een goede multivitamine mee. Zo tijdens je vakantie zijn de meesten van ons niet echt geneigd om op de voedingswaarde te letten van wat we eten. Als je een multivitamine meeneemt, weet je in ieder geval zeker dat je je <a href="http://www.HetMentaleDieetPlan.com/promotie">vitaminen</a> binnenkrijgt.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredi&euml;nten : </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 avocado, (ca. 500 gram), geschild en gesneden in blokjes. </li>
<li>45 ml limoensap. </li>
<li>&frac12; theelepel.</li>
<li>zout snufje.</li>
<li>peper snufje.</li>
<li>nootmuskaat .</li>
<li>750 ml kippenbouillon.</li>
<li>60 ml slagroom, geslagen.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bereiding : </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Neem een blender: voeg avocado, limoensap, zout, peper en nootmuskaat toe en 125 ml van de kippenbouillon.</li>
<li>Blend dit ongeveer 30 sec. op de hoogste snelheid.</li>
<li>Doe het in een kom en voeg de rest van de bouillon toe.</li>
<li>Stop het in de koelkast en serveer koel met een lepel slagroom en een beetje nootmuskaat.</li>

Hieronder staan een aantal tips die voor jouw overgewicht het verschil kunnen betekenen.</p>
<p><strong>Afslanktip 1:</strong></p>
<p><em>&quot;Ik ging soms wel vier keer per week uit eten. Nu doe ik dat nog maar 1 keer per week, en in plaats van die romige pasta kies ik voor een Ceasar&#39;s Salade.&quot;</em> Veel mensen zijn in een restaurant geneigd de verkeerde keuzes te maken voor de slanke lijn. Eet je vaak buiten de deur terwijl dit eigenlijk niet hoeft? Eet dan eens wat vaker binnenshuis en kies dan voor een lichte, gezonde optie: dit scheelt je niet alleen in de portomonnee, maar ook in je overgewicht!</p>
<p><strong>Afslanktip 2:</strong></p>
<p><em>&quot;Ik ontbeet nooit! Vreselijk vond ik dat! Ik had &#39;s ochtends gewoon helemaal geen honger. Maar ik ben nu toch gaan ontbijten en kies meestal voor proteinerijke opties. En als het toch <a href="http://www.HetMentaleDieetPlan.com/promotie">koolhydraten</a> is, dan voor grof volkoren opties die m&#39;n stofwisseling aan de gang zetten. En wat schetst mijn verbazing: ik ben zonder verder iets te veranderen de afgelopen drie maanden 5 kilo kwijtgeraakt!&quot; </em>Een veelgemaakte fout is &#39;s ochtends niet ontbijten. Ook als je geen honger hebt, moet je toch ontbijten. Je lichaam en stofwisseling hebben dit nodig om te &#39;starten&#39;. Als je niet ontbijt, sputtert je motor de hele dag door en ben je eerder geneigd naar de verkeerde snacks te grijpen omdat je onverwachts honger krijgt.</p>
<p><strong>Afslanktip 3:</strong></p>
<p><em>&quot;Ik heb m&#39;n keukenkastjes en pantry helemaal opgeruimd, en alle verkeerde dingen (lees snoep, chips, chocolade) weggegooid of weggegeven. Daarna heb ik inkopen gedaan en gezonde snacks in huis gehaald. Als ik nu &#39;s avonds laat voor m&#39;n keukenkastjes sta, op zoek naar wat te snoepen, dan heb ik geen andere keuze dan gezond te snoepen!&quot; </em>Zeker als je nog echt &#39;verslaafd&#39; bent aan de suikers en koolhydraten van snoep, dan kan het heel lastig zijn om dit te weerstaan als je er zo&#39;n zin in hebt. Neem die verleiding voor jezelf weg, en geef jezelf geen andere keuze dan gezond, gezond en gezond.</p>
<p><strong>Afslanktip 4:</strong></p>
<p><em>&quot;Ik kan nogal snel gestresst raken van dingen op het werk of in de thuissfeer. Hier reageer ik dan op door te eten, emotie-eten. Ik moest dus echt op zoek naar een manier om te spannen, en een kennis van me raadde me aan eens naar yoga te gaan. De eerste paar keer vond ik er niets aan (ik hou niet van &#39;sporten&#39;), maar na een paar keer merkte ik toch dat ik na yoga echt die spanning uit m&#39;n lijf kwijt was. En nog een prettige bijkomstigheid was dat m&#39;n cellulitis verdween (!) en ik 2 kilo afviel door lekker te relaxen!&quot; </em>Spanning en ontspanning hebben een grote invloed op hoe je lichaam functioneert. Nu val je door spanning ook af, maar dit is natuurlijk niet gezond. Je kan ook door te ontspannen <a href="http://www.HetMentaleDieetPlan.com/promotie">afvallen</a>, zeker als je zoiets als yoga of pilatus doet. Een ontspannen lichaam verteert voedsel beter en je hebt niet de neiging naar troosteten te grijpen, want je voelt je lekker!</p>

<p><strong>Ingredienten</strong></p>
<p>800 gram broccoli<br />
	1 liter water<br />
	1 groentebouillonblokje<br />
	4/5 eetlepels olijfolie<br />
	1 grote ui, grof gesneden<br />
	1 Spaans pepertje fijn gesneden<br />
	3 teentjes knoflook, gesnipperd<br />
	225 gram diepvries spinazie<br />
	150 ml Griekse roomyoghurt<br />
	sap van een halve citroen, schil geraspt<br />
	klein handje Basilicum, fijn gescheurd</p>
<p><strong>Bereiding (ca. 15 minuten)</strong></p>
<p>Verwijder de stelen van de brocolli en verdeel de broccoli verder in kleine roosjes. Kook de brocolliroosjes 4 &agrave; 5 minuutjes in de liter water met het bouillonblokje. Bewaar het kookvocht.</p>
<p>Verwarm 3 eetlepels olie in een grote pan en bak hierin de ui, peper en de knoflook al omscheppend 5 minuten op een halfhoog vuur. Voeg het kookvocht toe en breng aan de kook. Voeg dan de spinazie en de brocolli erbij en laat nog 10 minuutjes koken.<br />
	Pureer de soep met de staafmixer of in de blender en breng op smaak met wat citroensap, zonodig versgemalen peper en zout.</p>
<p>Meng ondertussen de yoghurt met citroenrasp en basilicum en breng op smaak met zout en peper.</p>
<p>Serveer de soep in kommen, druppel er wat olie over en schep er een flinke toef basilicumyoghurt op. Garneer met basilicum en geef er warm stokbrood bij.</p>

Het kan echter soms zijn dat je net teveel eet in verhouding tot hoeveel je beweegt, of dat je je niet lekker verzadigd voelt (waardoor de kans groter is dat je ongezond snoept). Hieronder staan een aantal tips waarmee/-door je je voller voelt!</p>

<p>1) Meer water drinken: deze weten we allemaal wel, maar het overgrote deel van de mensen drinkt toch nog te weinig water helaas. Idealiter drink je tussen de 2 en 3 liter water per dag. Water is een geweldige manier om je lichaam te ontgiften en water doet je vol voelen. Let echter wel op dat je wel genoeg blijft eten!</p>

En ondanks dat het niet goed is voor de lijn, mogen we allemaal wel eens zondigen. Maar fastfood is wellicht niet zo&#39;n handige keuze, zo blijkt uit recent onderzoek: fastfood is niet alleen slecht voor de slanke lijn, maar het verhoogt bovendien het risico op een depressie. </b></p>
<p>Nog een reden dus om fastfood te vermijden. Uit recent onderzoek blijkt namelijk dat junkfood een negatief effect heeft op onze mentale gezondheid. Zo zouden mensen die dikwijls hamburgers, hotdogs en pizza&#39;s eten 51% meer kans maken om depressief te worden dan zij die zelden of nooit zondigen.</p>
<p>Er namen 9000 vrijwilligers deel aan het onderzoek en hoewel niemand in het begin van het onderzoek last had van een depressie, konden de onderzoekers na 6 maanden bij 493 deelnemers (die dus regelmatig junkfood aten) een depressie vaststellen. Zoetigheden uit de winkels hebben bovendien hetzelfde negatieve effect als fastfood.</p>
<p>&quot;Zelfs een kleine hoeveelheid kan de kans op een depressie al aanzienlijk verhogen&quot;, aldus Almudena Sanchez-Villegas, hoofdonderzoekster aan de Universiteit van Las Palmas (Gran Canaria).&nbsp; De bevindingen van haar onderzoek vormen een aanvulling op eerder verschenen studies die de link al legden tussen fastfood en depressies.</p>
<p>Verder onderzoek is noodzakelijk, maar dit onderzoek toont toch aan dat de consumptie van junkfood beperkt moet worden.</p>
